Sacoa says it has taken its card roaming service a step further for multi-location customers using their latest ColorShot HDT card readers. Now guests can begin using those cards at a game or attraction simply by swiping their card at any HDT card reader on location. E-Tickets can also be won at any store and redeemed for prizes among a customer's various sites.
Being able to use the same payment source within a customer's chain of locations has been a feature of the Sacoa PlayCard System since 1997. This function was introduced so guests could use or "roam" their card balance from one store to another. In the past, cards bought from one location had to first be enabled for use at either a kiosk or POS Station before they could be used at another store.
Company Director Sebastian Mochkovsky was enthusiastic about this latest development by the Sacoa technical team. "We have a number of major national and regional chains of FECs, theaters, casinos and bowling centers that will benefit from this enhanced feature," he said. "Our product development team is always working to improve Sacoa's PlayCard experience for guests who roam and patronize a particular chain. Guest Loyalty will be rewarded with the ability to easily use the same card throughout our customer's network of entertainment."
