The innovations that cashless systems company Sacoa will be exhibiting at EAG Expo 2023 expand on the wide range of products the company already has to offer.
These include solutions that allow online payments, streamlining the experience for operator and guest alike. The Sacoa sales team say that they will be happy to showcase the innovations related to online platforms which enable a high level of customisability for each location.
These include CRM, online sales, online party and event booking modules. New functions have alsonbeen added to Sacoa's mobile app. One of the updates enables customers to receive e-mails and push notifications on their phones, as well as load redemption tickets onto their virtual card within the app. Sacoa says the application is a success because it makes it easy for anyone to have a fully functioning card right in their pocket, keeping customers happy and ultimately growing their loyalty.
