SACOA can develop a customer's personalised mobile app, branded with the operator's company name, look and feel.
It is a native Android/ iOS app that guests can download directly from Google Play and the Apple Store.
"Once downloaded to the guest's device, it allows them to register and add their play card numbers to be able to check balances, purchase special offers, pay online with a credit card and accumulate reward points," a spokesperson for Sacoa explained.
The app also features store details, including map location, direct phone number dialling, website links online party booking access and includes a push notification ability to keep customers always updated with the latest offers and news. Additionally, it supports the Sacoa Pay functionality, which generates the virtual play card, allowing guests to use their smartphone to play games. "This is a great option for parents to charge, recharge or buy promotions for their children from anywhere," Sacoa added.
