SACOA International has a track record of successful EAG shows and is confident that 2024 Expo will be no different.
For the supplier of revenue management systems, exhibiting at EAG allows it to connect with peers, meet potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.

Sacoa's partnership with Sega Amusements International's parts and services division, Sega Total Solutions (STS), was a strategic move in that area. This collaboration allows both companies to expand their reach across the EMEA region, benefiting from shared knowledge and extensive experience.

Through this agreement, Sega Amusements International became Sacoa's exclusive distributor in the UK.

As for Sacoa's aspirations for EAG 2024, it has several objectives in mind.

"Primarily, we aim to introduce our latest technological solutions, building upon the success and innovation we've demonstrated in previous events. We seek to highlight our most recent products," said Mochkovsky.

"Additionally, we're keen on strengthening relationships with existing customers and forging new strategic partnerships. At EAG 2024 Sacoa will be showcasing products and solutions such as online platforms that are customizable for each location, like CRM, online sales, online party and event booking modules and the Sacoa mobile app, which have been lately growing exponentially.

Mochkovsky explained: "The online tools empower venues to streamline operations, enhance customer engagement and drive revenue through personalized experiences.

In an increasingly digital landscape, these solutions offer a competitive edge by catering to the diverse preferences of modern consumers."

Perhaps the most interesting new product Sacoa will be showing is the award winning self-service Kiosk K4 product which won the IAAPA Brass Ring Award 2023 in the best new product category.

"The cutting-edge kiosk epitomises innovation, convenience and efficiency, offering guests a streamlined and interactive way to engage with park services, purchase credits and access information. Its recognition and novelty make it an irresistible attraction at EAG, drawing attention for its remarkable features and its potential to revolutionize guest experiences across the amusement and entertainment landscape."

Another new product Sacoa will showcase at EAG is Time Keeper. Recently developed by Sacoa, this innovative device that allows infrared communication with the wristbands that are given to each guest who purchases a pass for those attractions that are played for time, such as a trampoline park, laser tag, soft playgrounds and the like. These wristbands have LEDs that change colour according to the remaining time the person has to continue enjoying the game.

These configurations can be previously set. For example: If the time is still active, the colour of the light on the bracelet will be green, if the time is about to end, the luminescence can be set to change to blue, while if the time has run out, the light will turn red and the person must leave the attraction.

The recently launched Time Keeper communicates via Wi-Fi with a server that will be hosted on site and allows transmitting and receiving data.
