Sacoa CEO Sebastian Mochkovsky Takes Part In IAAPA's FEC Summit

AUSTIN, TX -- Sacoa reports that it will participate in the International Association of Parks and Attractions' 2019 Family Entertainment Center Summit here. The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort from January 27 through 29 (Sunday through Tuesday).

At the Summit, Sacoa chief executive Sebastian Mochkovsky will take part in the educational sessions to exchange ideas for best practices and share his extensive knowledge of the amusement business. Sacoa has more than 60 years' experience providing revenue management systems for the amusement, entertainment and leisure industry. It presently has more than 1,700 installations in more than 70 countries.

Participants in the IAAPA FEC Summit will have the opportunity to learn about Sacoa's latest products, which recently made their European debut at the EAG Expo and Visitor Attraction Expo in England. These include a cloud-based waiver service that permits registered guests to sign waivers online before entering the location, which speeds up the check-in process. Signed waivers are stored online.

Also taking advantage of today's wireless wide-area networks is Sacoa's new Mobile POS management program. This provides the same features as Sacoa's desktop POS program, including Playcard sale, analysis and recharge, retail merchandise sales and more. It also supports credit-card payment, printing and game emulation, made readily accessible by a user-friendly interface.

Sacoa Dex, also released late last year, is designed as a dynamic marketing tool that can improve communication with clients by quickly and easily publishing content on tablets, TV monitors and LED screens at any location inside or outside the FEC. It allows for segmentation of promotions by time, location or metrics, cross-selling and up-selling products, and one- to-one communication through interactive applications.

And Sacoa's expanded and enhanced online store offers an easier way to order Sacoa equipment and parts. It enables the operator to learn about the newest items and latest releases, follow up by tracking the order's progress and thus quickly receive everything they need to avoid any interruption of the business.
