“When operators search for a debit card system they need to focus on background, support, the level of expertise and features. Price should not be the number one factor when purchasing a system. There are some card system manufacturers who have no idea how to run an entertainment facility. It’s a bit like an unknown motor car manufacturer trying to copy a German car or a Japanese car. They will never be like the original and ‘real drivers’ will go for the best, even if they are more expensive; they will expect the best quality.

“Buyers should carefully evaluate the track record of the supplier; how long they have been in business, who they have supplied, even talk to other users to test their experience. It is quality, support and performance which count for most….”.
